About the Brand
Kaveuli is a Georgian brand of modern jewelry founded in 2018 by Tamara Kaphianidze. The concept of the brand is based on the use of modern shapes and a constant experimentation with innovative technologies. Each item is handmade and is crafted from a combination of precious metals. This year Kaveuli is delighted to release its first perfume “Kaveuli Parfum” that has been in development since 2018. It is the first Georgian artisan perfume produced as a joint effort of Tamara Kaphianidze, the owner of Kaveuli, and the Italian perfumer Bottega Malatini.
“I dreamt about creating a translucent and elevating scent that imitates the richness of the coniferous forest. I envisioned it to permeate a magical and enchanting feeling of firs and pines throughout all seasons. We experimented with ingredients native to Georgia, which come into the top note from the start, and mixed them with Japanese vetiver, mugo pine and other unique conifers that imbue the freshness of the scent. The exquisite simplicity of the aroma inspired me to create a piece of jewelry which would reflect the scent and be worn as a pendant containing the perfume.” says Tamara Kaphianidze
“Kaveuli Parfum” unites two passions, jewelry and perfumery, in a single innovative product that would enable anyone to emphasize the uniqueness of their character. It introduces its own poetry of shape and scent. The scent and the silver pendant create a poetic synthesis. They encapsulate a vivid memory of stepping into the coniferous forest, opening your mind and body, and being enchanted by its wonderous atmosphere. By creating “Kaveuli Parfum”, we wanted to transcend this memory into the busy urban lifestyle. Its natural scent and a tactile touch of silver untangle us from the claws of our busy lives. “Kaveuli Parfum” unravels as an idiosyncratic experience and by doing so accentuates our individuality. And what is individuality if not our own poetry, stories and memories.
