The brand’s history began in 2009 with the first perfumes under the name of the
Gritti family. Luca Gritti, the nose behind all the fragrances, created the Black
Collection including bestsellers such as 19-68, Decimo, Rebellion. Some years
later, White Collection was presented where the perfumer explores femini-
nity’s different aspects through the most appealing fragrance families: floral,
fruity, and gourmand.
After the worldwide success of Chantilly, Rebrodè, and Macramè, the brand
launched I Turchesi Collection, an homage to the south of Italy, its breathta-
king colors and perfumes. Pomelo Sorrento shortly became the bestseller; its
vivid character represents the new standards of luxury perfume made in Italy,
together with heady compositions of the latest Ivy Collection.
The quintessence of Gritti Venetia is Gritti Privé selection, dressed in velvet
and 24-carat gold. These bold, rich, and eclectic extrait de parfum represent
the Italian style.
